The Whole Gang

It's not very often that our entire family is together in one place. It happened Sunday at Kenny's house. Being together is one thing, gathering everyone for a family photo is another. I had a difficult time convincing Joe to stay long enough to be in the picture. He is definitely camera shy. And then there's Kenny. Several pictures were taken but this is the only one that he wasn't sticking his tongue out or making rabbit ears above Mom's head. Maybe next time we can get him to put a shirt on!

Crazy Bastard

Yes, the rumors are true. Ken-Bob bought a Harley. He's not having a mid-life crisis or anything. And according to him, he deserves it. They must have seen him coming at the Harley dealership because along with the bike he also bought a leather jacket, a helmet (thank the good Lord,) sunglasses, gloves and, yes, leather chaps! All emblazoned with the Harley logo. I'd give just about anything to have a picture of him in those chaps! I, for one, and Lauren, will not be riding on the back of that Hog!

You Tell Me

If a woman in your life showed up to three family functions in the past six months with three different men, would you not have questions and concerns about her morality? What if it were a man in your life? Hence the term Manwhore. I rest my case.

The Story of Ken-Bob

So, years ago, on one of our numerous trips to the North Country (aka Adirondack Mtns.) my brother, Ken, myself, probably a few NY cousins and some locals were enjoying some cold beverages in the bandstand that was across the street from our grandma's house when someone approached in the dark of the night and asked, "Friend or foe?" My loving brother, who turns 44 (shit you're old!) tomorrow responds with, "Hi. I'm Ken, Bob's son." Need I say more? Happy Birthday, Bro!
